The Beginning
After spending almost over a decade in the IT industry, I have been able to successfully identify the gaps between what companies sell, their right customers and how they communicate to them effectively.
Having spent more than 10 years in the field sales, I always discovered that if the consultative approach is not taken that directly connects with the customer, one will always land up for a short term gain from the customer and customer association with Brand will be limited to transaction without value adding to the brand. Chances are also high that organizations may loose potential future customers.
To bridge this gap, connect diirectly with the customers and increase the customer retention rate, connecting these dots was essential. Hence I decided to work in this direction through my own venture in order to help organisations.
Today as a growing organisation we can proudly say that last 4 years have been passionately satisfying for our organisation and we have been consistently appreciated both by our clients and customers, for an effective consultative approach.
Our area covers a wide customer customer base with specific focus on ongoing and upcoming IT advanceents. We started our journey from a small room but today, our significant team delivers on to our client expectations. With the long association of our clients with us, we get an opportunity to serve them in innovtive ways. That is a testimony we are always proud of!
